L Family

I always love working with this family. They always make my life so easy! It also helps that they photograph beautifully! It is families like this that make me love my job!
I met them at their home in Grand Blanc where we were able to take advantage of the beautiful golf course and their great landscaping!

Thank you again Matt and Emily for allowing me to capture another special moment!

Saginaw Valley State University Pom Pon

I was beyond lucky to be asked to shoot the SVSU Pom Team photos this year! It was a great day with these ladies! We found the perfect place on campus to do the shoot and the weather was awesome!
Thanks Again to their awesome coach Michelle for giving me this opportunity and thank you to all of you ladies for being so cooperative! We had a great time working with you all!

Owen {Senior}

Owen is a Senior at Everest Collegiate in Clarkston, MI
I had a great time shooting Owen and working with him and his mom all day.
They showed me around town as well as where he goes to school, we even found some pretty cool spots to shoot on the schools property!
I give Owen a lot of credit for wearing a sweater without complaining once because we had one of the most beautiful days to shoot!
I am happy I had the opportunity to shoot his senior picture!
Thanks Again Owen!

Sisters

It was such a joy to shoot Estee and Aria once again. It has been amazing watching these two beauties grow each year.
Thank you Clare for allowing me to shoot the girls once again!

I Love What I Do

Every once and awhile I will have someone ask me to photograph something outside of my norm and depending on the subject if I think I can handle it (which normally I can) I will go ahead and do it and normally I do it because it is fun. So when my friends dad asked me if I could come to take pictures of concrete trucks I was actually pretty into it! Being out at the lot where all of the trucks were lined up and nice and shiny ready for their photo shoot made me think of the collection of farm equipment I did for a class project, and as I was climbing onto the top of one of the trucks and actually even higher than that I climbed to the top of the building to take some overhead photos I remembered why I do what I do, because there isn't very many 9-5 jobs that allow you to do what you love and allow you to do something different every time. I absolutely love the randomness of being a photographer. I love meeting new clients and also watching my old clients grow up! It is so fun for me to be able to have so many opportunities! It is so fun to look back and think that my very first senior is now working for me and my very first baby is almost 3! Time is flying and I am sure having fun!

Thanks to everyone that has supported me along the way, you are all truly the greatest!

Pretty Eyes Run in the Family

If like Chelsea Dale Photography on facebook you would have seen this first picture with the caption "Pretty Eyes Run in the Family" (if you don't like us on facebook already, hurry hit that link up there and like us!)

But this caption could not be more perfect, I have been photographing this family since E was 3 months old and doing her little sisters photographs for her 6 months was extremely awesome when I noticed she had eyes as blue as her sister!
E helped me out in the beginning with my lighting and I was able to snap a few shots of her in front of the camera and at 21 months old her eyes are still as pretty as ever so I shared a couple photos for you here!
Little A is 6 months already! I can't believe it! It has been amazing to watch this little girl grow up and see how much she admires her big sister, and watch E be the best big sister she can be (secretly sneaking in hugs and kisses whenever she has the opportunity).
Although she is a little unsure of the camera still, I think she photographs magnificently.
